MORE CRACKDOWN ON IMMIGRATION CONTROL

Before we get started, I first need to do a little housekeeping with you.  Just to make certain we are on the same page concerning immigration laws as they pertain to the United States of America.
Our United States Code (USC) is a comprehensive body of laws, both general and permanent, passed by Congress and organized topically under 53 titles.  The first edition of the code was issued in 1926, and a second, cumulative edition was released in 1932.  This pattern of providing cumulative updates every six years continues to the present day, although various interim supplements are also published.
While the USC is also important, the Constitution of the United States is the basic law of the United States, and the laws made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby.
Nuff said!
Islam was banned from the United States of America in 1952.  The Immigration and Nationality Act that passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality for those wanting to change their citizenship to citizen of the United States.  That act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding Alien immigration to the US and remains in effect today.
One issue covered, found in Chapter 2 Section 212, is prohibition as it pertains to alien entry into the United States.  If the alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the United States government by “force, violence, or other unconstitutional means.”  This rules out Islamic immigration to the United States.
President Trump’s presidential proclamation “Enhancing Vetting Capabilities and Processes for Detecting Attempted Entry into the United States by Terrorists or other Public-Safety Threats” was issued on Sept. 24, 2017.  There were two previous executive orders issued by President Trump during January and March of that 2017.  The proclamation applies to certain nationals from the named countries who want to obtain a visa for travel to the U.S.
The law President Trump wants to enforce was utilized by Jimmy Carter, a Democrat, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States, but President Carter actually did more.  President Carter made all Iranian students already here in the United States check in, and then he deported a bunch.  Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the United States, in 1979.
Maxine Waters on Trump:  "Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up.  And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd.  And you push back on them.  And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere.  We've got to get the children connected to their parents."[1]  Sounds like inciting riotous behavior to me!
On January 18 2013 Ilhan Omar attended an event at the Minneapolis Convention Center featuring former Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.  The Somali president was supposed to spend the night at the Hotel Ivy, causing large groups of Somalis to follow the presidential convoy to the hotel, Omar was one to follow the president.[2]  At a point during the night, protesters were asked by the security personnel and local police and hotel personnel to vacate the premises unless or until they could show a hotel card that helped to identify them as hotel guests; or get arrested for trespassing.  Most of the would-be protestors went away peaceable except for Omar.  Omar was found – after all other protesters were gone – still in the hotel but away from where the protesters had originally gathered.  Omar was again asked to leave the hotel property; this time when she refused the police arrested Omar for trespassing.
Omar continues to suppress information that could prove or disprove if she was married to two men at the same time, Omar continues to suppress information that could help clear up information leading to whether or not one of the men she was married to was indeed her brother.  If in fact Omar was married to her brother, she may have violated American immigration laws, and have committed a fraud against the United States Government.  Minnesota Republicans said they turned over documents to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Minnesota “implicating Ilhan Omar in multiple state and federal felonies.[3]
It is questionable if Rashida Tlaib is a citizen of the United States of America.[4]  And it is suspected that Tlaib is married to her maternal uncle to be here in the United States
America’s first two Muslim congresswomen are now both on record as appearing to oppose Israel’s right to exist.  They both support the anti-Israel boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement.  Both are also explicitly or implicitly opposed to continuing military aid to Israel.[5]  Tlaib (D-MI), who made news for being the first Palestinian Muslim woman elected to U.S. Congress, follows an Instagram account that routinely shares blatantly anti-Semitic posts and 9/11 conspiracy theories.  This account shares posts comparing Jews to vermin and Hitler, posts asserting Jews wield an enormous amount of power, and posts claiming Israel “did” 9/11 and supports ISIS.
Tlaib’s official verified Instagram account, which follows under 1,100 users, is following an account called “free.palestine.1948,” a reference to the establishment of Israel.  The Instagram page appears to post multiple times per day.  While Tlaib does follow other pages that mention “Palestine” in their names, those pages are private.  Tlaib does not appear to follow any obviously pro-Israel pages.[6]
Hours after she was sworn in to Congress, Michigan Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib used an expletive pushing for impeaching President Donald Trump.[7]
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez came to the defense of Ilhan Omar on social media as the House prepares to vote on a resolution condemning anti-Semitism in response to comments Omar made about Israel.[8]
Wait a minute, all this information overload!  Where are we going with this?
Since President Donald J. Trump has specifically asked for “Enhancing Vetting Capabilities and Processes for Detecting Attempted Entry into the United States by Terrorists or other Public-Safety Threats” was issued on Sept. 24, 2017.  There were two previous executive orders issued by President Trump during January and March of that 2017.  The proclamation applies to certain nationals from the named countries who want to obtain a visa for travel to the U.S.  And, since such a law exists and is found in Chapter 2 Section 212, re: prohibition as it pertains to entry into the United States.  If the alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by “force, violence, or other unconstitutional means.”
Not only was this law found to be legal to use by Jimmy Carter and was enacted by a Democratic House, a Democratic Senate, and signed into law by a sitting Democratic President (Harry S. Truman); and since this law was previously utilized by (then) President Jimmy Carter, a Democrat, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States (at our borders), additionally he (President Carter) made all Iranian students already here check in, and then he deported a bunch.  Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the United States, 1979. Then it sounds legitimate to say President Donald J. Trump – the President of the United States and duly voted into office by the people of the United States of America – should be able to legally use the same law to enforce laws pertaining to immigration into the United States.  Here are some ways that I see how President Trump can enforce this law in order to tighten down on immigration laws.
Since the law was last used in 1979, go back at least that far and see if:
1.       ANYONE has been allowed to stay in this country that have been found to be an alien that belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by “force, violence, or other unconstitutional means.”  Get those people out of the United States.
2.       Through voter fraud, discover if any of those that voted for either Muslim freshman congresswoman, check legally citing this law as it was legally applied during Jimmy Carter’s presidency to find possible violators that have been here for some time and expel them from the country – without exception.
3.       Use this law to thoroughly go through the House of Representatives, the United States Senate, and all those contributors to campaigns for politicians seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by “force, violence, or other unconstitutional means, get rid of them – without exception.
GOD Bless America; GOD Bless Donald J. Trump.
