Ladies and Gentlemen of Virginia, and all those patriots
that thinks it time for Virginia to have a strong Republican with a strong
conservative platform, – one with a pledge to do what is right for Virginia - I want to take a moment to introduce you to
who I hope will be the next Republican Senator for Virginia’s 17th
District; Richard Breeden.
Rich is a Virginian, husband, father, Air Force veteran,
and business leader. He is a pro-life,
pro-Second Amendment, pro-business conservative who has demonstrated real-world
leadership experiences, a passion for service, and clarity of vision from the
frontlines to the boardroom. Rich is living the American Dream and wants to
protect that Dream for current and future generations of Virginians.
At the age of 17, Rich made the decision to serve our
Nation by early enlisting in the United States Air Force. During his active
duty tenure, Rich deployed to the frontlines for Military Operations such as:
Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Provide Comfort, Joint Task Force-Southwest
Asia, and other national-level military operations. He is also a distinguished
veteran of the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI)
where he served as a Special Agent focusing on cybercrimes, illegal drugs,
counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and before leaving the military he was a
counterespionage case officer. After a decorated active duty career, Rich
volunteered for reserve duty and focused on cybersecurity,
intelligence analysis, and anti-tamper solutions for critical
technologies.
After 20 total years of military service, Rich was
honorably discharged and returned to his home state. Rich has held various
leadership positions in small, medium, and large companies. Currently, he is a
Vice President in a medium sized company where he is responsible for business
development, growth, new job creations.
Rich has over 30 years of experience in the national
security industry and industrial leadership and holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Intelligence Studies with a focus in Terrorism and Master of
Science degree in National Security, both from American Military University. He
has completed all course work with Henley-Putnam University and is currently
working on his doctoral dissertation.
Rich, and his wife Heather reside in Spotsylvania, VA,
and have raised four children: Justin, Austin, Donovan, and Kaitlyn. The
Breeden’s volunteer their time supporting our local community through the
Chancellor Volunteer Fire and Rescue and the Spotsylvania County Crime Solvers.
They enjoy the Virginia outdoors and attend LifePoint Church-Fredericksburg.
I asked Rich how we can help and Rich advises me of many
things that we can do to help him win his race for Virginia’s 17th District
seat for Senator. We can all help by getting Rich’s message out
– to act as Rich’s voice for our family, friends, and neighbors in our District
and not more of the same where this seat is being used as a stepping stone for
one's ambition political career. We all,
and your friends can support through donations to Rich’s growing grassroots
effort. Rich does not ask for much, whatever one can afford. It takes all of us
and some money to effect change. Rich
has made a personal commitment to every donor, regardless of the size of the
gift, will get regular updates from his campaign on how each gift gets used. Rich has taken a personal oath to treat
campaign contributors as he treats his employees and shareholders, you will
know that no funds will be spent on unnecessary or wasteful expenses. Finally, get in touch with Rich’s Deputy
Campaign Manager Cindy at cindy@richbreeden.com. and she will let you
know of future events, donation drives, and areas where Rich and his campaign
could use more volunteers on the ground to help get the word out that this year
we have a real choice on who we nominate and eventually send to Richmond to
represent all of us. We can all start
now by following this link https://www.vpap.org/committees/327090/breeden-for-senate-rich/ or send a check to
Friends of Rich Breeden, P.O. Box 41035, Fredericksburg, VA 22404. Those contributors who donate via check per
